IQ Builders completed a comprehensive residential improvement project, creating a new home office, bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, garage, and fully upgraded outdoor areas. The exterior was finished with K-Rend, while the garden and garage surroundings were professionally landscaped and concreted.
This project involved improving both the internal living space and the exterior of the property. The client wanted additional practical rooms, secure vehicle storage, and a clean, low-maintenance outdoor area.
Our team constructed and finished a dedicated working room, a comfortable bedroom with an attached bathroom, and a functional garage. We also transformed the garden with new paving and artificial grass, covered the garage area with concrete, and applied K-Rend to give the property a clean and modern exterior finish.
